RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs loan processing tasksCovers requirements associated with the end-to-end processing of loansDelivers optimum customer satisfaction for all inbound and outbound contactsFacilitates validation and checking of applications before endorsing for disbursementEnsures all required documentations are appropriately attached when handling emailsCompletes validation of loan documents and reportsSends confirmation to the customer for loan processingMonitors and releases loan in a financial systemPerforms other related tasks from time to time as assigned by the superiorREQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business needsMust be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a teamMust have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitaskAt least one (1) year relevant working experience in the banking or finance industry
