This position will be in charge of processing customers’ cash flow transactions, providing support to customer service team for payment related matters as well as monitoring level of cash flow / account balances.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor, process and approve customers’ cash flow transactions in time and in accordance to the policy and procedures.Collaborating with Customer Service Team in order to support quality customer service and resolution of issues in timely mannerAssess financial risk while maintaining appropriate level of cash flow required to support business operationMonitor and control business account balancesIdentify and escalate any fraudulent transactions to risk team and superiorsManpower management including team member's task assignment, schedule arrangement, reportRequirements:
Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalentAt least 3 Year experience in Senior Payment Role dealing with various accounts (IDR, THB, VND).Required language(s): Mandarin, English (Written and Spoken)Willing to work in a shift scheduleKnowledge in MS Office
