JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Control Officer provides assistance in establishing and implementing control measures; and ensuring compliance with company’s policies and procedures in activities that require purchase or use of existing company resources to achieve optimum efficiency becoming cost effective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation and consolidation of F&B and Hotel Operational Profit and Loss reportsConducts financial analysis of F&B and Hotel related operating expenses on a monthly basis.Computes and provides a summary of allocation of shared services spend.Detailed computation of shared services spend for billing purposes to different properties referring to the signed allocation matrix.Conducts budget review of shared services related transactionsContract, CP, MER/PR budget review prior to endorsement to SM.Reviews and validates payment requests with no any pre-approved supporting document prior to endorsement to FCReviews existing business process and partner with business unit in implementing improvement to achieve efficiency when necessary.Assist in maintaining database of media mileage inventory per media category as check and balance against inventory of Advertising.Validates and initiates request for processing/ loading of entertainment, employee, Pagcor, and barter cards based on a pre-approved concept paper or executed contract.Secures approval of LOA (Letter of Authority) for Belmont, Marriott, House, Savoy, Hilton, Sheraton, and other properties based on an approved or executed contract.QUALIFICATIONS
