Accountant/Bookkeeper US | Hybrid Setup

Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, posting, and reporting accounts receivable dataProcess accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresVerify discrepancies and resolve billing issuesAnalyze transactions and post in general ledgersReviewing and tracing any other financial documents i.e. Tax Returns, IRS Transcripts, and Financial StatementsReconcile and analyze general ledger accountsEnsure GAAP compliance and documentation requirements to support various auditsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMinimum 2 years of recent experience as an accountant with a quality CPA firmPreferably a CPA but not requiredMust have working experience in Bill.comIn-depth knowledge and proven hands-on experience in QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.Knowledgeable in US GAAP and IFRSBackground in tax returns preparation is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated to meet client deadlines and provide first-rate client serviceMotivated by challenges and desire to be part of a teamStrong analytical and report writing skillsAmenable to work in a hybrid setup and in the night shift schedule
