IT SUPERVISOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitors web traffic statistics such as page views, bandwidth consumption, and click-through ratesAnalyzing data to determine what content should be added to the website to increase traffic or improve conversion ratesCoordinates with other members of the team—such as graphic designers or information technology professionals—to ensure that all aspects of the website project are completed on timeDesigns and develops new website pages based on client requests or company's needsProvides customer support through email or phone to answer questions or address concernsSetting up user accounts and providing customer service to customers who use the websiteMaintains and updates current content on the website to ensure it is relevant to users’ needsReviews analytics data to determine which keywords or topics are generating the most interest from usersCreates and maintains databases of customer information and other business recordsDevelops, tests, deploys and maintains business applications and systems integration required for the operationEnsures best practices are used throughout the software development processActively participates in all aspects of the software development processDeploys systems to production and provide post-implementation supportAnalyzes and resolves technical and application problemsUnderstands the interdependencies of the services (application, system, and database) and able to pinpoint problem areas accurately to improve overall efficiencyAssesses opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected partiesAdheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-timeGenerates regular reports in a format and frequency which has been agreed upon with the users. When necessary, perform the needed programming to deliver the reports.Ensures data accuracy and consistency through validation with relevant technical or business groups. Periodically initiate report reviews to maintain the relevance of data providedParticipates in project discussions to ensures report requirements are well understood before the go-live date as neededGenerates ad hoc or special reports as aligned with requestors.Assists in operational support efforts by providing necessary data.Proactively suggests designs and process improvements based on available resources and best practices.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalentWell versed in HTML, C#, web, and mobile developmentMust have solid programming experience in the Windows environmentKnowledge in defensive coding skills is a definite plusAdvanced programming actual experience is an advantageKnowledge and experience in Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Joomla, and DrupalExcellent verbal and written communication skills
