Manage Reverse Logistics, recommend and lead RFQs for alternate partners
· Design scalable returns process procedures for our retail, consumer and enterprise customers.
· Negotiate warranty return and replacement strategies
· Identify and implement cost saving and revenue driving opportunities
· Deploy reporting for a cross-functional audience to monitor the health of returns processing – inventory, refurbishing cycle time, and minimizing boomerang returns of refurbished product
· Analyze the reverse logistics supply chain to identify cost and efficiency opportunities for existing; pro-actively make recommendations and execute on implementation.
· Partner with legal and sales in negotiating contractual returns provisions with customers
· Identify, document, and work closely with the Operations team to implement business and system improvements to scale up current returns processes without increased headcount.
· Act as a key member of numerous internal and B2B automation projects
