Assist incoming customers in service center with their phone repair servicing needs and accessory sales, assistance in software upgrades, guide the user on data backup, receiving and releasing of the device, physical inspection of the device advise of repair risk and the risk of data lossMaintain the cleanliness of the service center.Encode of repair orders, accessory sales orders and documentation.Prepare the service center’s readiness for every program, activities, promotions.Take part in the scheduled Examinations.Log-in to the several system.Contact and inform customer timely of the diagnosis results of their device and fees to be paid.Receive and deposit daily income, accountable for any discrepancy.Issue official receipts and update columnar entry.File the hard copies of repair ordersPrepare reimbursement formsSupport sales teamAttend and participate trainingsPerform Other ad hoc duties as required.
