Responsibilities/Duties:
Prepare Sales Quotation
Philgeps tenders monitoring
Assist in preparing bidding document
Prepare accreditation to customers
Check of itineraries and accomplishment reports of sales forces
Follow-up clients on order confirmation and repeat orders
Assist in preparing monthly report
Keep all reports filed systematically in both electronic and hardcopy formats
Performs other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior
