WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
Directly responsible for the lead generation goals and lead generation key performance indicators within designated regions. Prioritizes opportunities based on profitability and customer timelines.Generates leads through a combination of linkedIn and email inquiries. Regularly engaged in cold calling and passive activities to generate leads.Effectively leverage the prospecting tools available to LifeDNA team members to create greater than four (4) qualified opportunities per monthEstablishes appointments for the head of business development by actively and properly managing communication with leads through linkedIn and email channels.Qualifies leads through a combination of online outreach and virtual meetings.Tracks lead opportunities resulting from marketing campaigns.Regularly contributes to the overall effectiveness of the business development team. This includes regularly collaborating and communicating with the Head of Business Development.Consistently and effectively utilizes the customer relationship management system and available marketing and sales effectiveness tools and resources.Actively participates in pipeline reviews and discussions with the Head of Business Development.Maintains ongoing knowledge of competitive threats and regularly shares this information with others in order to actively maintain market leadership status.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by regularly participating in on-the-job and formal training.Maintains the integrity of Salesforce and Google Drive to push opportunities through the pipelineYour Qualifications:
University Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field.Prior experience in inside sales or lead generation channels.Experience with Salesforce and Google Drive.Strong social communication and collaboration skills.Effective time management and analytical skills.Working knowledge of linkedIn and GSuite.A minimum of 3 years of data entry, lead generation, customer service, and inside sales experience.GET A GENUINE CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH COMPETITIVE BENEFITS!
