Job Description Introduction:

We are looking for multiple Account Executives (to be based in Manila) with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. This position involves working with small to medium business clients (employee count of 11 to 250 non-named) to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their communication needs. Working in a defined geographic territory, you will proactively engage with targeted companies, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads.

Responsibilities:

Initiate, execute and track outbound campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and social mediaEffectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as requiredMake 40+ calls per dayManage at least 2 client meetings per dayConduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level ExecutivesUtilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to closeManage complex sales situations and sales campaignsDrive sales execution and deliver excellence in forecasting and reportingKeep informed of the product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activitiesLeverage key partners to drive account mapping, outbound execution, and deal closure

Requirements:

BA/BS, 5+ years of direct Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology and SAAS companyPreferably can speak Bahasa IndonesiaDemonstrated resilience in achieving outcome with a growth mindsetThis position specialises in hunting net new logos and requires outbound excellenceThorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of sales methodologyStrong collaboration and relationship-building capability with excellent communication skillsExpertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and management skillsProven client satisfaction, proven track record, & strong team playerMust be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivatedSalesforce CRM experience preferred
