Job Description
Provide excellent customer service in assigned storesWelcome customers entering the store using the Japanese greetingAssess customer needs and provide assistance and product informationHelp customers locate items and recommend available products based on needsMaintain and organize merchandise in the store according to seasonKeep up-to-date with new products and information to boost store salesCross-sell available products if customers' first option is unavailableBuild rapport with customers while maintaining high level of professionalismWork together with all team mates to achieve store goalsComply with office and store policies at all timesMaintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store premisesSubmit reports as needed (on time and complete)Other tasks and responsibilities assignedQualifications:
