Job Summary:
The Marketing Lead will oversee all activities and communications channels used to promote TIM's brand, product, and services. Marketing Lead will design marketing strategies and supervise the creation of promotional messages. She will coordinate the various phases of a marketing campaign and manage marketing budgets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support marketing campaigns (traditional and digital) and creative development across all TIM products and servicesWork full-time in a collaborative and high-growth companyManage, train, develop, and coach the Marketing AssociatesManage any ongoing projects and deliverables while making sure the day-to-day tasks are getting done successfullyPush your team to succeed through ongoing feedback, effective 1:1 meetings, career pathing guidance and mentorship to Marketing AssociatesPrepare and coordinate quarterly business reviewsCollaborate with team and provide feedback in new features and brainstorm sessions on new and existing products and servicesAnalyze campaign and tactic performance with a data-driven approach to optimizingQualifications:
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Advertising / Media, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Industrial Engineering (IE), Computer Science / Information Technology, Art / Design / Creative MultimediaExperience:
At least 3 years of B2B Marketing in IT experienceSkills & Competencies:
Strong and effective communication and content writing skills, organizational and time management skillsProven digital + social media marketing experienceExperience with graphic, photo and video production + editingDeep understanding of market trends, competitive plays, and audience behaviors on social and web channelsKnowledge and understanding of social media publishing tools and digital marketing platforms linkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics etc.Traits:
