Salesforce Campaigns Officer

QUALIFICATIONS- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in dynamic, relational customer database management.- Must have experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Experience using SQL, an advantage- Must have knowledge in using data processing tools.- Has good communication, presentation and influencing skills.- Graduate of business related or courses that are into data information management.WORK SCOPE - Provides support to campaign management by making sure that the desired campaign journey of the campaign owner(s) is (are) reflected in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Knowledgeable in automation of campaign using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Provides support to other campaign officers in simplifying campaign flows and at the same time enables easy campaign tracking.- Capable of coordinating & liaising with campaign owners for clarification and explanation of requirements of campaigns.- Knowledgeable in working with relational database in relation to target base preparation that satisfies campaign criteria.- Manages customer information such that data issues like common errors are flagged as soon as it is seen in the database and raised to the appropriate unit for correction.- Drives projects that enrich customer information.  New information that will be identified as critical to have will be coordinated to the appropriate unit for collection.- Provide performance reports on EDM and SMS of previous and running campaigns.- Other campaign management tasks that maybe assigned.
