DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Brand Marketing
Develops and implements marketing activities, project innovations that increase brand value, awareness, market share and profitability.Develops budgets, forecasting sales figures, and assesses KPIs and ROIs.Work closely with different departments to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonates with the target market and increase sales.Collaborates with different teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, Accounting, Commissary, and others.Plans and executes marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, advertisements, and sponsorships.Always ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.B. Market Research
Conducts market research, analyzes data, and develops market strategies and reports on brand performance.Continuously monitors competitors’ activity.C. Aggregators
Coordinates and collaborates partnership with 3rd party partners to create strong brand awareness.Leads the project partnership, creates connection to stores and ensure smooth and successful project launch.D. Internal Marketing
Promote brand love within corporate employees; collaborate projects to other departments.E. General Admin and Reporting
Maintain, monitor, and properly document updated NMF expenses; submits to accounting department on time.Ensures all files are complete and properly documented; safekeep marketing valuable assets establishing accountabilities.Prepare and submit regular report of the status and performances of the department.F. Other Marketing related duties that may be assigned by Commercial Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.At least 2 years’ experience in developing brand and marketing strategies in restaurant industry.Must be willing to work in Quezon City and travel regularly to store branches nationwide.Functional knowledge on relevant techniques and principles of corporate marketing in a restaurant set up.Excellent Salesmanship and Customer Service OrientationExcellent Written and Oral Communication SkillsProblem Solving and Decision MakingStrong Research and Analytical Skills
