Client Success Specialist
The person in this role will handle many of the day-to-day responsibilities for the firm supporting our client success team.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the client success team on the analysis and resolution of client inquiries related to derivatives trading, Derivative Path platform usage, and client business processesContribute to projects integrating the derivative portfolios and business processes of clients into Derivative Path platformsServe as a first response contact for both client and internal operations-related inquiriesDevelop knowledge base documentation related to Derivative Path platforms and proceduresImplement operational efficiency improvementsMinimum Qualifications
Background in finance and accounting ideally with emphasis on capital marketsComfort with data analysis and use of productivity tools like ExcelAbility to quickly master new technologiesOutstanding communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work independently, adapt, and complete tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environmentTeam focus committed to the success of organizational objectivesImpeccable attention to detailMust be willing to work night shift schedulePreferred Qualifications
