Qualifications:

Eligibility :

RA 1080 (Physician)

Education :

Doctor of Medicine; Graduate or in the last year of a DOH recognized accredited residency training program

Training :

At least forty (40) hours of relevant technical training

Work Experience :

Must have satisfactorily passed at least two (2) years of accredited residency training program
