Graduate of any Business CourseWith 2-3 years of working experience in Logistics or a Japanese Manufacturing CompanyWith experience in handling deliveries, especially in PEZA accountsWith knowledge and experience of PEZA/BOC processing and documentation.Must have knowledge in Philippine Customs RegulationsProficient in basic computer software applications (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)Above Average communications skills.Fast & Self Motivated learners.Can start immediatelyDuties:
Monitors all outgoing deliveries and incoming shipments by coordinating with warehouse personnel and service providersUpdates stock inventory report of each customer to guarantee availability of stocksTimely prepares delivery/outbound documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Order, Shipping Instruction & sends to warehouse and customerPrepares inbound documents such as goods received note, supplier invoice, estimated cost, and billing to broker/ service provider.Follows up forecast from customers to ensure timely ordering of stocksProcesses insurance application of damaged goodsUpdates stock monitoring of assigned end-user, and sends the data to Sales PICFollows up delivery schedule with customer to ensure that distribution of services is on time and of high qualityUpdates the outstanding Sales Orders and Trading Contracts in SAP to ensure accuracy of recordsSend monthly PO balance report to customerMail out the invoices to customers timelyFollow up with customer on their payment schedulePerforms other related work which may be assigned by the leader or manager from time to timeDo the stock inventory count and reconciliationSAGASS Consulting offers:
