Regional Operations and Sales Manager

The Regional Operations and Sales Manager directs and manages the operations of Delwater Yards/Branches and is responsible for the implementation of the Sales Strategy and Plan in a specific region in compliance with the established policies and procedures.The Sales Strategy will consider whether the company can execute the plan independently; what costs will be entailed to execute the plan; how long it will take to see results; establish whether the company has the necessary resources and establish how the results can be measured.S/he directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales targets, maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.S/he will also plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.QualificationsGraduate of any engineering or business related courseWith at least 5 years relevant experienceGood in negotiation and processing of permitsWith leadership skillsWilling to travel or be relocatedExcellent verbal and written communication skill
