Domestic Shipment and Operations Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Domestic Shipment and Operations Staff binds himself/herself to discharge or perform such duties and responsibilities in such assigned to him from time to time by the company leaders as follows:

Oversee the operation in domestics and documentations.Keep good cooperation with customer by coordinating all parties concerned to provide professional and excellent logistics/transport service.Resolve any operational issues, as well as manage both internal and external customers systematically.Person-in-charge for other functions such as billing settlement and other related procedures as required by client.Carry out business targets, organize and formulate development plans and key performance indicators.Provides efficient logistics advice internally to ensure the most cost-effective modes of services are being used to meet deadlines.Determine staffing levels and monitor all workloads.Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.Collates figures and statistics, producing reports for management.Ensures that the company complies with and is up to date on law and regulations pertaining to all logistics and freight forwarding compliances.

Requirements:

Graduate of any Bachelor/College Degree in any fieldLicensed Customs Broker an advantageWith at least 2-3 years working experience in freight forwarding and distribution.Work experience in international logistics and forwarding company an advantage.Adept at problem-solving, highly-organized and keen on detailsEffective reporting and communication skills; both oral and written (MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willing to work in BGC.
