Primary responsibilities include:
• Understand and define data requirements in support of CX initiatives
• Provide clients with understanding of consumers and performance, KPI indicators, and ongoing reporting and optimization recommendations across multiple lines of business
• Build and maintain customer surveys in our clients’ tools such as Medallia, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Sprinklr, and more etc.
• Design and build insight-driven alerts, reports, and dashboards to provide easy access to customer feedback across the organization
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable insights and recommendations via ad hoc reports and visualizations
• Help other teams link CX data to their operational metrics
• Troubleshoot data-related issues in reports
• Find and resolve data quality problems
• Ad-hoc data pulls for the CX team
• Create data dictionaries, hierarchy files, and other documentation
• Support CX-related system integrations
• Provide data analyst support to a wide variety of research projects
Requirements of this role:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a data analyst plus experience in an operational role is preferred (CX, Marketing, Operations)
• Must have a strong familiarity with Sprinklr – the social media enterprise platform
• Comfortable using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to retrieve data and build well-designed visualizations and dashboards
• Strong knowledge of excel (power-user is preferred); google sheets
• Must possess a deep genuine curiosity and be a self-starter
• Experience in social media, web traffic, customer surveys, search analytics, voice of the customer structured and unstructured data sources
• Experience using new and traditional research formats to provide consumer and business insights
• Ability to demonstrate critical and analytical thinking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (advanced data analytics)
• Demonstrated experience in transforming raw data into actionable information
• Strong organization and prioritization skills: intense attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fast learner, curious and passionate about understanding and improving customer experiences
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
