The Social Media Listening Subject Matter Lead will design, conduct and deliver standard and custom social media reports covering Tenet Healthcare corporation and its hospitals (90+ Facebook pages+). He / she will assist the discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand the business need of each social media page and then translate into constructed queries that will monitor social conversation for internal teams as well as competitive brands. He / she dives deep into the data to uncover drivers of social buzz, then translates the data into a compelling story. The Social Media Listening Subject Matter Lead will decipher what is important, meaningful data then communicate the concise story that allows the business to makes decision based off the reports.
