The Product Development and Marketing Communications Head designs, develops and executes solid business plan which covers clients , partners, competitive selling, and helping to grow the business across wide portfolio of products. Implements, monitors advertising and marketing strategies/initiatives that increase customer traffic and sales based on comprehensive marketing research .They use creativity in building interest in clients by employing marketing techniques through various types of media. These are but are not limited to events and advertising campaigns; implementation of system-wide requirements for promotions, activations, and management activities.
Job Responsibilities
Build a concise and cohesive Marketing Plan that aims to increase brand awareness and generate innovative ideas to promote the brand.Conducts and performs market research and analysis to pin-point gaps and identify possible opportunities for growth.Manages and drives all marketing campaigns of the company.Provides support and ensuring availability of accurate data regarding the success of all marketing initiatives and campaigns. Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.Creates a strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.Conceptualize solutions and programs for lead generation and brand awareness.Direct content strategies based on the business objectives, category focus, and audience segments through all channels (online/offline/social).Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR nationwide, and other marketing efforts across channelsConduct market research and stay abreast of competitor positioningContribute to new business development initiatives and identify new business opportunitiesRequired Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
