Supports enterprise-wide fraud and workplace violence management efforts by enforcing common standards, programs, and processes, around fraud
prevention, and workplace violence/security investigation efforts. Supports organizational PCI efforts by enforcing policy and assisting with PCI audits in N.
American sites.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Conducts fraud / theft / misconduct / policy violations / compliance / workplace violence / security investigations while providing guidance and
working in conjunction with business partners to include HR, operations, client solutions, and legal
· Manage and prioritize a large and varied caseload effectively and efficiently
· Enters submits, and documents Global Security related incidents into the internal case management system
· Leads and participates in employee witness and suspect interviews in relation to internal investigations
· document and report all investigative activities within an electronic case management system
· Partners / collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders in each phase of the investigation process, as appropriate
· Provide advice, guidance, subject matter expertise, and appropriate solutions for fraud/misconduct risks
· Support internal preparation efforts for upcoming PCI and compliance audits for non-mandated NA Client programs
· Reviews, analyzes and summarizes internal reports related to the investigation to corroborate findings, as needed
· Reviews systems and programs to confirm compliance and the sufficiency of security controls
· Facilitates fraud/misconduct/theft investigations and security incident reporting training to internal business partners, as needed
· Knowledgeable of company policies (e.g. Clean Desk Policy, Global Security policies) and promotes compliance
