ORDER PROCESSING and MANAGEMENT
- Manage and process all online orders from E-Commerce Platforms
-Printing of all online orders, item picking, Manage Stock availability and condition of items, shipment of orders, updating tracking numbers and shipment.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
- Communicate delivery updates with the sales team.
· INVENTORY, STOCK ALLOCATION, AND STORAGE
-Submission of weekly inventory report, storage of stocks
· PRODUCT UPLOADING AND EDITING
-Upload products to the E-commerce Platform, and edit descriptions and images if needed.
· OTHERS
- Perform any work-related performance that may arise
Qualification
· At least college level
· Experience Inventory and experience with e-commerce platforms (processing orders, managing E-commerce platforms, uploading, and editing products)
· Has basic Photoshop knowledge
· Ability to effectively communicate and work with a team and other employees.
· Has knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all management levels.
· Detail-oriented and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organizational and planning skills
