The Role
Monitor the account health of various eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay and ensure all policy requirements are dealt with in a timely manner.
The Mission
Maximise sales and facilitate growth by maintaining healthy status of eCommerce accounts through the timely resolution of compliance complaints and other policy requirements.
Role Specifics
Monitoring account health of various eCommerce accounts.Resolving policy compliance requests, violations, and other listing issues in a timely manner.Coordinating with cross-functional teams, category managers, suppliers, and third-party teams to resolve issues and follow through to resolution.Identifying the root causes of policy violations and other health issues.Implementing wider blocks or checks to ensure future violations are prevented.Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly on the status of the accounts’ health.Skills Requirements
