A Customer Service and Sales Specialist is responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers on behalf of the business. They provide information about the products and services, resolves customer complaints, and verifies account information. They are expected to provide first class customer experience.
Principal Duties:
· Process New Business and Trade Up Applications
· Provides product information
· Account Maintenance
· Answer Payment Enquiries
· To place outbound calls and perform the following:
o Area Manager requests
o Admin Requests
o Re-key request
o CRO request
o Disconnected
Job Qualifications:
At least a year of BPO experienceGood communication Skills (verbal and written)Flexible in work scheduleWilling to work onsite No attendance issuesGood comprehension and engaging personalityPreferred Skills: (Nice to Have)
