Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Senior Manager is responsible for generating SQLs through outbound lead generation efforts and inbound sales inquiries. He/she is expected to manage a global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Researchers, and any supporting third-party agencies. Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop goals for the inside sales team and ensure these are metBuild and manage a team responsible for:o Qualifying and nurturing inbound opportunities o Prospecting and generating outbound leads o Matching buyer profiles with real opportunities in the market o Conducting research on companies and individuals to find new opportunities or support existing oneso Identifying and actioning on buying signalso Developing customized and value-add messaging for early-state prospects depending on the industry, buyer maturity, and channel used (phone, e-mail, chat, social, in-person)Together with the marketing strategy team, identify and develop marketing campaigns aimed at conversionWork with the marketing and sales team to develop an efficient process for SQL hand-offEngage with VXI SMEs (subject matter experts) to keep up-to-date with new VXI solutions, services, and business developmentsProvide insight to the marketing and sales organization on new industry trends, buying behaviors, and buyer considerationsRemain actively involved in hiring, training, and developing team members, including coaching SDRs and BDRs on conversion strategies and techniques§ Define, measure, and report on performance related to this marketing area§ Stay informed on trends and best practices around BPO (Business Process Outsourcer), Customer Care, Customer Experience, as well as in business development and prospect nurturing. Continuously review VXI’s positioning in the market and look at new ways of creatively delivering our value proposition to prospects§ Ensure data integrity of all prospect and contact information into CRM system of record. Qualifications and Education RequirementsAt least 10 years of prior experience in high-value, B2B sales in the BPO industryComprehensive understanding of customer care and customer experience solutions, and the CS (Customer Service) & CX BPO market5+ years of experience in managing a global team of outbound sales representatives and researchersAbility to understand and apply storytelling, positioning, and value creation in prospect communicationsExperience with outreach, contact database, sales intelligence, and CRM tools (RocketReach, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English Other Expectations Not Listed AboveCan work on a night shiftAbility to travel when needed
