Duties & Responsibilities
Providing guidance and assistance to accredited Marketing Groups or Partner Sellers and Buyers in marketing and purchasing propertyCreating and presenting marketing plan and sales performance report to the managementMaintaining and updating the listing of available inventoryDeveloping networks of real estate brokers/salesperson and companiesMaintaining and keeping a master list file of Accredited Marketing Groups or Partner SellersMonitoring of commission releases and incentives to accredited Marketing group or Partner SellersManaging website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant;Updating and maintaining all company social media accounts such as Facebook, linkedIn, Instagram, and respond to followers (clients and partner sellers);Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices;Performing other tasks as assigned by ManagementQualification
Graduate of BSBA majot in Marketing Management or quivalentKnowledgeable in Real Estate Development or Real Estate Brokerage Customer and field oriented online Marketing, Lead a group of Broker or SellersComputer LiterateExcellent communication skillsFlexible and open for multi-taskingDriven, Goal-oriented, Respectful, polite and friendly
