A Merchandising Specialist is responsible for managing the promotion of the business' products, arranging creative displays both on the physical store and company website to attract consumers on purchasing the products to generate revenues and increase profitability. Merchandising specialists assist in the development of marketing campaigns, as well as facilitating promotional offers on different communication channels. They also monitor stock inventories, analyze pricing structures, and adjust selling strategies by researching the current market trends, identifying business opportunities to meet customers' demands, and improve the negotiation process.
THE ROLE: We are looking for Merchandising assistants and specialist willing to be assigned in our Las Pinas Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the initial screening of vendors and products.Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of store stocks of the assigned category.Coordinates with various concessionaires/consignors for store concerns such as Promodizers, deliveries, customer orders, discounting etc.Assists during store set-ups to ensure supplier's support, deliveries and organized displaysSupport for online monitoring on online platforms (Lazada, Shopee etc.)Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the Merch Head.QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 1-3 years experienced employees specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.Has good communication skillsComputer literateWilling to be assigned in Vistamall Las Piñas.Full-Time position(s) available.
