Field Sales Representative (Lady)

Your Role:You will be a ‘front-liner’ of our sales driven, field-based team. You’ll work directly with General Trade customers - wholesalers, retailers and consumers - to educate, inform and support them in their efforts to sell our portfolio of products. Your role will be to drive sales through relationship building with retailers, wholesalers, and direct consumers..As a front-liner brand advocate for Sasa, you need to have excellent product knowledge and a real understanding of our customers and end consumers. As part of a results focused team, you will support, inspire each other, and share strategies for success.Major Functions and Responsibilities:Sales & MerchandisingIn charge of increasing the number of stores that carry our brand;In charge of increasing the number of SKUs that retail and wholesale outlets carry;In charge of monitoring and sustaining inventory level in outlets;In charge of helping wholesalers sell to retailers and, also, helping retailers sell to end consumers;In your spare time, you are also expected to sell to end consumers in the surrounding areas where you will be assigned at.Trade Promotions ManagementCascade new promotions and effectively communicate our plans and philosophy to the marketplace;In charge of ensuring trade programs are implemented in covered outlets;Creating brand awareness through out the whole territory;Relationship ManagementActs as the liaison between the company and the outlets in the covered territory;Develops a business relationship with existing or potential customers to expand business opportunities;Acts as sales representative to trade outlets, ensuring effective customer servicing.Requirements:High School Diploma Or Post-High School Diploma Or Degree In Any FieldOne (1) Year Work Experience In Sales
