JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the sales objectives in the assigned territory by promoting and selling products. Also responsible for developing partnerships with customers, maximizing opportunities in existing and new markets and managing needs of customers.
SALES MANAGEMENT
Execute sales and account management to achieve sales objectives in assigned territory.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Work with customers through proper coordination of orders and deliveries, channel distribution, creation of sales strategies and technical support.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Plan and design sales strategies and programs, cascade regularly product pricing and features in assigned areas.
MARKETING
Implement sales programs and activities through product launching, market surveys and research.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Maintain and carry out data collection and analysis of reports in order to support management's decision-making.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMINISTRATION
Ensure the proper and timely recording and matching of payments and account reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree holderPreferably residing in Cebu City.At least 3 years relevant experience in sales and account managementWork experience with a FMCG or beverage company is a plusBasic understanding of accounts receivable processesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsCan start immediately.
