Job Descriptions:
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Branches.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- To develop forecasts and sales plans.
- To create and meet the Branches Sales Targets and Collections.
- To locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions.
- To prepare and submit all the required reports as needed.
- To ensure and practice the Health and Safety Protocol of the Branches
- To ensure correctness and precision of the Receiving and Deliveries of Parts/Units and at a reasonable time.
Job Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
-At least 3 Years (s) managerial position (Area Officer / Manager) or 4 Years as Branch Manager
-Required Skill(s): LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS, AND SALES STRATEGY. COLLECTION STRATEGY
-Additional Skills Required: With basic knowledge of Motorcycle Parts and Motorcycle Industry operation.
-Assistant Manager/Manager/Supervisor specialized in Sales Retail/General or equivalent.
