Job Details:
Pre-Sales Engineer
Eastwood Libis, QC (Permanent Work from Home)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM
Responsibilities:
·Assist the sales team with identifying customer needs
·Create Quote, Proposal and/or Scope of Work (SOW) documents which align client solution expectations and ensure business profitability
·Facilitate solution, commercial and administrative compliance.
·Become a trusted advisor and provide thought leadership to clients
·Identify opportunity for improving and transforming the client technology landscape
·Contribute to the Product Development cycle by participating in internal and client workshops
Qualifications:
·5+ years of experience within the IT industry
·2+ years of experience on complex projects
·Demonstrated solution design at least on 3 of the leading technology:
o Microsoft 365
o Azure
o AWS
o Active Directory
o Citrix
o Network architecture
o Application integration, data, and infrastructure
o Security and access management
o Storage
·Previously worked on data migration project
·Strong knowledge in technology best practices
·Robust verbal, written communication plus stakeholder engagement skills
