IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Gather information by market research on specified vertical markets (produce, meat, wholesalers, pharmaceuticals, etc.) at the direction of the territory sales leadersGenerate leads, Pre-qualify customers and seek attendance for trade showsMaintains the accuracy and upkeep of each customer account in the CRM databaseIdentifying and cleaning duplicate information, and updating the customer profileMandated Program ComplianceAssist territory sales leaders with Pre and Post Meeting presentationsCreate Powerpoint presentations and Pre/Post trip reportsCreation of sales dashboards in CRMProvides detailed resolution progress report of Customers technical issuesHelp identify inconsistencies in ordering patterns of customers by analyzing order historyEnsure technical or training cases are completed in a timely manner by collaborating with Technical Support, Customer Success, Sales and other departments.Participates in territory strategy meetings with territory teams
