Job Summary:
The Technical Sales Lead for Cement is responsible for leading the expansion of cement additive business and relevant products across the Philippines.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering holder, preferably in Chemical Engineering
At least 2 years and above experience in cement manufacturing with good understanding of its process, quality control and productionMust be motivated and hardworkingMust be willing to travel anywhere in the countryMust have good English communication skills both in written & oral· Must be computer literate with advance knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint
· Must know how to drive and has a valid driver’s license.
Job Description:
The Employee job functions include the following duties and responsibilities on a full-time basis;
· Perform technical trials in coordination with technical services team including officers and site technicians whom he supervises and leads
Serves as a product expert to support conversion of major sales opportunities for cement and its relevant business· Prepare and submits technical reports and other relevant deliverables as required by his superior
Responsible for the attainment of sales target, market shares, sales revenue, and goals of the company by maintaining and opening new accounts across the countrySales management which includes opportunity planning, quota management, customer engagement and process, pipeline management and forecasting
