The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing a proactive and advisory-driven distribution of the range of products which the company offers. Take promotional activities by organizing road shows for new product launches or reactivating the marketing of existing products. He/she is also responsible with assisting the Company’s marketing activities in coordination with the Business Unit Manager, which includes but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies and objectives to create and increase product demand; and to attain achievement of Marketing objectives and Sales target/s

Strategy
Develops new potential distribution accounts/outlets of at least 2 new accounts per month per area coverage.Ensures product availability in the assigned area and outlets.Ensures quality display of all Aldrtz products in all covered outlets in the area.Sources other business developments for the company.Maintains awareness of competitive products and technical developments in related fields of science and market trends.Determines other sales and marketing development needs of the area, and submits recommendations to the BU Manager for approval and immediate action.Monitors competitors' marketing activities and strategies on print, TV and Radio advertising campaigns (whenever applicable). Initiates all merchandising activities per area of coverage and consistently observes market dominance within the area.Coordinates with government and non-governmental organizations, institutions and other establishments with regards to community and public relation activities as needed.Establishes and maintains excellent PR to customers.Selects Media Stations for advertisements based on targeted audience (whenever applicable).Collaboration

Contributes to trade developments and business opportunities by monitoring activities of its competitors and prepares a plan of action for recommendation to the BU Manager.Prepares pre and post activity analysis, surveys and submit results/reports for evaluation by the BU Manager.Knowledge
Provides technical assistance on in-store promotions to outlets and distributors.Administrative
Responsible for the accounts receivable management of the outlets assigned in the area.Gathers feedback and concerns from customers and relays the same to the BU OIC for immediate response or plan of action.Ensures that marketing activities are within the allotted budget.Other Duties
Complies with company rules and regulations.Performs other functions as assigned by the Superior from time to time or when the need arises.
