The Channels Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for building the brand and business through equity-based national promotions loyalty programs, digital commerce and delivery channels marketing. Develops the marketing strategies and plans in support of the category and channels strategies.
Channels Marketing
Define target consumers, identify key insights and pain points to develop promotional strategies per delivery channels improving customer satisfaction on the friction points of the customer journey.Develop channel standards (products, packages, pricing, point of sale materials, placement) to optimize best in class marketing executions and communications across all delivery channels.Provides inputs to the development or refinement of channel mix strategies. Participates in the determination of channel priorities vis a vis product/ category strategies.Manage the digital marketing budget and seasonal promotional planning and forecasting. Continually review results and make optimizations throughout the year.Work closely with Business Channels and eCommerce merchants, DCCL, agencies and others to gain maximum exposure in digital marketing channels.CRM & Loyalty Program
Lead the strategy of innovative new offers, channels and experience opportunities for the loyalty program, from conceptthrough implementation that will promote member registration, engagement and loyalty.Identify the moments in the customer journey that matter most to new and existing customers and build highly relevant and targeted campaigns to drive customer and program engagement.Build and maintain a loyalty program calendar tracking all marketing, offers, rewards, and support across all business channels and SBUs.Lead advertising and communications activities in line with the agreed strategy & priorities. Develop needs-based, nontraditional campaigns and communications which are fresh, creative and category supportive.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Marketing, Management, Communications Arts, or related courses.With at least 5 years work experience in Retail Marketing or Trade Marketing, Digital Commerce, Loyalty Program Management obtained from QSR or FMCG.Possesses very good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent project & time management skills.High personal mastery in handling a diverse set of internal and external customers.Thrives in a fast-paced and highly agile working environment.Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
