JOB SUMMARY
Reports to SVP of Retail Insurance Division, the incumbent is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling the sales activities of the FAs assigned nationwide. She must direct and oversee an organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives on the National level. Set short and long term strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
She must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. She should rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. She must be able to lead and direct the work of others, while building relationship with bank partners.
RESPonSIBILITIES
Plan to ensure achievement of company sales targets and budgetsEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the sales teamImplement sales programs by developing field sales action plansMaintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitorsRecruit, train, manage, develop, coach, control and motivate sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are metEnsure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognitionAssess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordinglyEstablishes, maintains, and grows business relationship with bank partners and customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with themDevelop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographicsConduct meetings to partners, branch personnel and sales team of bank partner to keep them updated on products, initiatives and drivesConduct seminars and workshops on financial planning topicsLeads solution development efforts that best address internal and external customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnelPerforms duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time.
