Job Summary:

           The Strategic Accounts Manager for Infrastructure and Projects is responsible for expanding the business by securing infrastructure accounts which include commercial and government projects across the Philippines. He/she is expected to create strategic sales and business development models, and to create long term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Job Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management or Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with focus in construction materials or infrastructureMust be motivated and hardworkingMust be willing to travel anywhere in the country

·      Must be computer literate with advance knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint

·      Must know how to drive and has a valid driver’s license.

·      Understanding of infrastructure and concrete admixture market and its technicalities is an advantage

Job Description:        

The Employee job functions include the following duties and responsibilities on a full-time basis;

·      Target and focus on major Infrastructure projects and emerging opportunities in the country handling its end-to-end sales process

·      Develop and execute specific strategies for major Infrastructure projects and key customers that highlight the added value/customer benefits that Chryso has to offer and put Chryso in the best position to secure the projects

·      Sales management which includes opportunity planning, quota management, customer engagement and process and pipeline management

·      Prepare forecast and other relevant sales documentations

Handle customer complaints and/grievances in coordination with the technical support group and other concerned personnel

·      Monitor outstanding balances of handled customers and support Credit & Collections personnel to ensure collection efficiency

·      Participate in sales planning and strategy formulation until its execution to achieve sales objectives as well as to ensure sustainable growth of the company
