Responsibilities
Manage all efforts of the company's entire sales team, strategically planning while ensuring customer satisfactionOwn and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studiesAnalyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvementProvide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsRequirements
