PwC Acceleration Center Manila (hereinafter, the “Company” or the “Center” or “PwC AC Manila” or “AC Manila”) is a joint venture of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) Firms from across the Asia Pacific. It was established to provide professional services to support PwC member Firms in the Asia Pacific, Americas, and European regions only, excluding clients registered and based in the Philippines.

POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY:
The Team Executive Assistant (Client Relations) role provides support to the Assurance delivery teams in AC Manila, specifically in managing their resources via a work allocation tool (Talentlink/Dayshape). This person is also instrumental in ensuring team compliance with territory requirements and adherence of staff to policies set by the firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will work with the assigned sub-groups in monitoring compliance with Territory risk and regulatory requirements (e-learns, pff completion, drcc, qcc, VDI, etc)Escalate themes/concerns of the delivery team to Operations Manager and / or Sector Leader, as neededAssist in the implementation of best practices within the sector.Implement business initiatives including prompt corrective action plans for teams with below threshold performance and productivity.Take action on issues which prevent teams from working effectively.Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to understand delivery timetables and client service expectations.Assist in assigning work based on the team's availability and capacity, which may include contributing to sustainable utilization of delivery team resources across the AC.Identify, present, and suggest areas for process automation specifically in areas relating to project managementQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
