Your day-to-day tasks
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growthEnsure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of products in the outletsImplement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activitiesDevelop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targetsRaise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental salesQualifications
College graduate of any 4- year courseOpen for fresh graduatesStrong interpersonal skills and knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.Good driving skills (MA Transmission) and has a valid driver’s license for at least one year.Field sales exposure is an advantage.Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is an advantageYou must be amenable to be assigned in the South NCR area, with Mondays to Saturdays without fixed work hours but expected to start work at 6:30 AM.
