By joining us as an Associate Analyst, Human Resources Information Systems, you will be a key member of the Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Team.

In this capacity, you will be supporting the Manila implementations team in HRIS and support team of Human Capital Management (HCM) module, as well as managing the HRIS and Oracle Recruit mailboxes. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and support operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will:

Provide a timely response to questions that arrive through the HRIS mailboxes and Oracle Recruit mailbox, e-mails, and phone requests.Liaise between Global HRIS and Business Unit (BU) customers by interacting with BU HR and processing transactions in Oracle as requested.Manage incoming service requests via the Global HRIS Track-it tool.Assess the resolution of risks and issues that are crucial to production, processes, and customer service goals.Provide functional users with level 1 support, which includes providing mass salary updates as requested by the BU and providing support for employee transfers across Emerson BU.Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of HRMS data.Support the HRIS Implementations team in HCM implementation-related tasks such as HCM Modules testing, analysis of data required for mass global compliance, and mass upload of employee information.

For this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or relevant courses.1 year implementation or business support experience in Oracle HR, Payroll, Learn, and Recruit is preferred.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience with large change initiatives is an advantage.
