Source potential candidates for projected/existing vacancies.Conduct preliminary interview and endorse potential candidates for next level screening.Arrange/schedule interview of potential candidates with supervisors/managers.Ensure that selected candidates comply with all pre-employment requirementsMonitor status of probationary/project employees.Prepare and submit manning report, as required.Payroll Administration
Ensure that all payroll-related documents (e.g. daily time records, personnel leave authorities, official business slips, and overtime authorities) are accurate and complete prior submission to Payroll.Coordinate timekeeping and payroll-related concerns with Payroll.Ensure prompt distribution of payslips to employees. Ensure that changes in payroll-related documents (e.g. BIR 2305 for changes in employees’ civil status, exemption unit, etc.) are properly implemented.Provide assistance to supervisors/managers in attending to concerns pertaining to employee absenteeism and tardiness.Benefits Administration
Handle the processing of company-initiated benefits and ensure that all requirements are met in accordance with company guidelines.Facilitate, monitor and coordinate the processing of government-mandated benefits such as SSS sickness benefits, ECC benefits claims (for work connected injury), SSS maternity benefits, insurance claims, etc.Performance Management, Training and Development
Coordinate with supervisors/managers the conduct of performance assessment of their subordinates.Assist in seeking approval for training requests.Assist in the implementation of training and development plans.Prepare Training Report, as required.Employee Relations
Provide assistance and support in implementing employee relations programs.Provide assistance to managers and supervisors in the administration/implementation of Company policies, rules and regulations.Assist managers and supervisors in handling employee concerns, suggestions, grievances and disputes.Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
