Job Summary:
To provide administrative handling and monitoring of labor/disciplinary related issues for NCR and assigned Areas including those arising from external/customer complaints, provide internal precedents for proper resolution and sanction, formulation, training and cascading of legal policies for implementation, to attain a consistent handling of cases and its resolution and to further ensure compliance/conformity to legal procedures of the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors labor related activities of the assigned regionConsolidates LR reports from the areas of the assigned regionConducts/assists investigation, documentation and resolution of Major Offense cases in coordination with the respective AHO/OVP or Delivery HeadsRecommends disciplinary action on major offense cases based on internal precedentsCoach and guide Team Heads/Immediate Leaders in handling administrative casesProvides assistance in reviewing case resolutions prepared by Team HeadsMonitors consistency of sanction imposed by assigned Areas and informs the concerned Areas in case of inconsistencies based on precedentsAttends and participates in Grievance/LMC/CBA meetings and negotiations if applicable/warrantedConducts Trainings, seminars and updates related to labor relations and processesPerforms other functions relative or aligned to the above responsibilities that may be asked from time to timeJob Specification:
Graduate of 4-year course1-2 years experienceIn depth knowledge of the Company's policies and proceduresGood command in English (both oral and writtenWill be required to travel (as the need arises)
