SENIOR RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE
Your job is to do end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, onboarding, and recruitment operations. You will also support recruitment in filling up open roles within the specified timeframe.
A day in a life of a Senior Recruiter includes. . .
Downloading all resumes received from all sources.Posting job ads to all recruitment channels.Building networks and talent pools of future talent and job roles.Pre-screening all applications and identifying applicants who pass the qualification requirements as per job specifications (e.g. education, experience, etc.).Conducting preliminary interviews (virtual and face-to face) to applicants to identify and determine candidates’ qualifications.Preparing and organizing schedules of testing of candidates / applicants and preparing necessary documents, test materials, questionnaires, answer sheets, and other necessary documents for testing.Preparing and scheduling initial, next level, and final interviews for shortlisted candidates.Administering and checking of technical exams.Ensuring that all recruitment trackers are updated.Attending job fairs and other recruitment related events.This job is perfect for you if you have. . .
A bachelor's degree of Human Resource Management/Psychology or any related courseExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge in MS Office applicationsProficiency in MS Excel preferredExperience in volume hiring (preferred but not required)Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva application (preferred but not required)Flexibility with work hoursExperience in Recruitment or Sourcing/Branding (preferred but not required)
