Main Purpose of the Job: 

Maintains and enhances the organization's human capital in a fast growth environment by recruiting, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices (recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations). 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

Ensure that the required human capital is available for today’s and tomorrow’s needs, by maintaining a talent pool of current and prospective staff. Build and maintain a lasting trust relation with schools, alumni associations and recruitment agencies to secure applicant sourcing. Define job positions for recruitment, manage the interview process and job offer. Design and supervise staff induction for new team members. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. Managing personnel's individual and collective development, such as appraisal, training and development as well as mobility. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommencing benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination. Ensures legal compliance by continuously monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Provides and establishes policies, procedures, and work schedules. Oversees the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and payroll of employees and workers at the project sites. General office management issues, including office supply supervision. Supports managers by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing human resource systems, policies, and procedures. Following up litigation and disputes involving company personnel. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. Identify opportunities and implement digitization of documentation and processes. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. Accountable for a) the respect of standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines and best practices, and b) the timely and accurate reporting of attendance and key performance indicators, by each team member. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of submissions to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG Fund. Render such other services & duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
