The Human Resources Officer (Corporate Recruitment) will review, study, plan and develop programs and initiatives that involve talent selection up to the deployment of candidates for employment, apprenticeship, or any corporate manpower contracts/agreements in line with the overall hiring strategies and manpower forecasting; to drive talent engagement, uphold our brand image and the company being an "employer of choice"; and to develop and implement monitoring systems of manpower movement and vacancy levels, implement actual recruitment processes, and enhance the recruitment process for assigned groups, levels, or ranks in order to acquire talent, meet the talent needs of the organization, and immediately onboard talents for vacant positions within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances, and the Labor Laws or Code of the country.
Job Responsibilities:
PLANNING AND FORECASTING
Participate in the development of hiring strategies and forecast for hiring requirements for the assigned group in coordination with the Division HeadsDevelop and monitor recruitment programs that will support the hiring strategies which includes employer branding, academic and professional linkages, job fairs, and other initiatives in order to address the talent needs of the organizationEMPLOYER BRAND MANAGEMENT
Study and identify SCMC brand as compared to SM Affiliates and other competitorsImplement activities that drive candidate attraction, engagement, and retention through communication of our key differentiators / value proposition to the target market, highlighting our company culture, and managing the overall brand experience in order to continuously build the pipeline for qualified talents for all positionsDATAbase ADMINISTRATION
Maintain, monitor, and update the recruitment database in order to provide timely and relevant information to vacancies, fill-out rate, and all candidates processedEnsure that the database is accessible to all recruiters at any given time in order to improve hiring efficiency and close out all vacanciesEducation and Experience Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related courseWith at least 3 years minimum work experience in handling data management and workforce analytics or any related functionSkills: Presentation Skills, Microsoft Office proficient, Communication SkillsWork Location:
