Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in an HR-related subject.10 years of senior experience at a leadership level, preferably in a globally matrixed environment. HR Business Partner experience an advantage.Demonstrated leadership in organizational effectiveness and change & transformation.Working knowledge of multiple People disciplines including relevant employment laws.Strong intellectual curiosity & business savvy - creative thinker & interest in the bigger picture.Experienced in resolving complex employee relations issuesJob Responsibility
Assists employees and managers through HR policy guidance, as well as interpretation and implementation of HR processes and policiesProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Assist hiring managers in developing effective recruiting plans for all office-based staff.Assists management on HR efforts relating to Talent and Performance Management, Compensation Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership DevelopmentReskilling and upskilling - collaborates with our Learning & Development team in identifying employee training needs and in aligning training programs with business objectives Succession planning - assists management in selecting and developing key talents to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles. Assists and works together with the leaders in team engagement activities.Solve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale and improve retentionDevelops or assists in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy, as well as conducts a review/survey on the salary/compensation package in the BPO industry.Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies for e.g. staff turnover and diversityMaintains practical-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
