The Management Training Program (MTP) is a one-year extensive development course for talented individuals who have the potential to take on leadership roles. The program provides training on the major areas of banking: Digital Banking, Treasury, Trust, Wealth Management, Corporate and Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking, Branch Banking, and Cash Management.
